After my self-hosted blog vaporised, I've decided to give blogger a try.
So far so good.

I Just spent a few days in a huge (3000 m^2) space recording things through a PA for a film music project. Great to see Nick Donkin again (stop frame king) who was, I worked out later, physically hitting the shutter button on every single frame of the shoot.
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to measure an impulse response of the room, but at least I'm set up to do it properly next time.. which will be in an even larger warehouse.

It was wonderful to see the Triffids perform again, and not at all surprising that they filled the Metro for four nights. I popped in to a rehearsal and took some blurry photos.
