An explanation..


What we're doing here is controlling Ardour with Reacivion via TUIO.
Ardour sends "feedback" just as it would for any other control surface, only the feedback (gain, pan, metering) is sent to a visualisation app via OSC. This is projected onto a 20m dome (one of the many amazing things that the Figure 8 lads do). The position of the track visualisations correspond to the stereo position of each sound (when its set up properly).
This is us getting set up for some performances with it. The beamers aren't in the right positions etc. in these shots, but you get the idea.
